- Our aim is to ensure a transparent and fair process that protects the rights of our customers while safeguarding against misuse.
- Refunds and returns are subject to the eligibility criteria detailed below.
2. Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The product must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
- Original packaging, tags, and labels must be intact.
- The return request must be raised within 7–14 days (depending on your business rules) of receiving the order.
- Proof of purchase (order confirmation, invoice, or receipt) must be provided.
Non-returnable items include:
- Innerwear, lingerie, swimwear, and socks (for hygiene reasons).
- Customized or personalized products.
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale promotions (unless defective).
- Gift cards, vouchers, or downloadable products.
3. Return Process
- Initiate Request: Log in to your BuyStylely account, go to “My Orders,” and click on “Request Return.”
- Approval: Once reviewed, you will receive approval or rejection confirmation via email or SMS.
- Pick-Up or Drop-Off: Depending on your location, we may arrange a courier pick-up or request you to ship the product back.
- Inspection: Upon receiving the item, our quality control team will inspect it.
- Refund/Exchange Approval: If approved, we will proceed with a refund or exchange.
4. Refund Timeline
- Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days of approval.
- Actual credit to your account may depend on your bank or payment provider.
- Refunds will be processed to the original mode of payment unless otherwise specified.
5. Exchange Policy
- Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
- If the requested size or color is unavailable, you may opt for a refund or store credit.
- Exchange requests must follow the same eligibility criteria as returns.
6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
We take great care in packaging and shipping products, but if you receive:
- Damaged goods (broken, torn, or visibly defective upon delivery).
- Incorrect products (different size, color, or item).
- Manufacturing defects (zipper issues, stitching faults, missing buttons).
Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs or videos of the product.
We will arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, including shipping charges.
7. Cancellations
- Before Shipment: Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase or until they are shipped. A full refund will be issued.
- After Shipment: Once shipped, cancellations are not possible. You may initiate a return after delivery as per our return policy.
- BuyStylely reserves the right to cancel orders in cases of suspected fraud, stock unavailability, or payment issues. Customers will be notified promptly, and refunds will be processed.
8. Store Credit Option
Instead of a refund, customers may choose to receive BuyStylely Store Credit, which can be used for future purchases. Store credit is valid for 12 months from the date of issuance and is non-transferable.
9. Refund Methods
Refunds are processed using the following methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards: Refunded back to the original card.
- Net Banking/UPI/Wallets: Credited back to the respective account.
- Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunds issued via bank transfer or store credit.
- Store Credit: Instant credit to your BuyStylely wallet for future use.
10. Shipping and Handling
- Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the return is due to an error from BuyStylely (e.g., defective or incorrect item).
- In prepaid return labels, shipping charges will be deducted from the refund amount (if applicable).
- International customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, and return shipping fees.
